I had been to four previous dealers before walking in the door at Van Nuys Nissan. I had a particular car, color, and style in mind when I had walked in the door at all four of them as well as an idea of the price that I was willing to pay. My not even 3 year old car needed a new engine and catalytic converter. The engine was under warranty. However, the converter wasn't. Gilbert went above and beyond to get me a Good will discount and saved me thousands. I will always come back to this dealership. Even though I feel like I got a lemon of a car.
