Great service!!! All service team including Luciano the service manager and the loaned vehicle lady, they made sure to get me out of there fast although they where extremely busy.
Mike Villano was extremely hospitable and made the service and loaner vehicle arrangements as easy as they can be. I will continue using their services.
Very professional guys. Very quick changed oil & filter. Gabriel was so friendly with me. The guys used Mobile 1 oil which is so professional and not cheap.
I had been to four previous dealers before walking in the door at Van Nuys Nissan. I had a particular car, color, and style in mind when I had walked in the door at all four of them as well as an idea of the price that I was willing to pay. My not even 3 year old car needed a new engine and catalytic converter. The engine was under warranty. However, the converter wasn't. Gilbert went above and beyond to get me a Good will discount and saved me thousands. I will always come back to this dealership. Even though I feel like I got a lemon of a car. The service is top notch!
