Great customer service and Edwin was amazing and friendly and really explained everything well. He did great taking care of my car and making sure it was done on time!
I had made my appt. on line for my first service since buying the car, this was not the dealer I purchased at however much closer to my home, I was taken care of none the less. Traffic was beyond horrible that morning in the rain and I was late, they took me right away and I was out in a little over an hour. I will be taking my car here for all service, the staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great job!
I have had my car serviced at this location three times, and even though I now live 30 minutes away (without traffic!) I would never want to go anywhere else. Blanca and Gabriel are both friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and great at maintaining important communication during the appointment. They truly exemplify excellent customer service and they are the reason I will keep coming back.
Gabriel is amazing, he answered all my questions and concerns. He is a Nissan superstar :) my car was fixed and ready on time. Great team!!!
Gabriel is the best. We brougt 3 of our cars in at 7 and by 11 they were all finished. Gabriel walk us through and even helped fixed a piece inside my car.
I took my 2016 nissan Maxima about the rattling noise. It got fixed, but the noise came back. I'm not happy with the rattling noise.
Last month, I came into Nissan of Van Nuys to get my car serviced and I was greeted by Gabriel Gonzalez. He was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. It became apparent that he loved his job and knew what it took to provide excellent service. He assured me that I would be taken care of quickly and that I would be completely satisfied. Indeed I was! I am back again and I made sure I was placed back in the caring service of Gabriel. If you come here, ask for Gabriel. You will not be disappointed!
It was a very pleasent experience. My very First purchase under my name. I am soo happy with my new car. I thought i couldn't do it on my own. With NO CREDIT.
Warranty repair service: Gabriel in-service to grow good care of me as my engine light came on in my purse still on the warranty said was transmission problem I replace transmission completely also excellent service from Mike in parts and the girls at the check out to thumbs up
