I'm a long time Nissan owner and honestly have become skeptical of the dealerships over the years. Nissan Van Nuys gives me hope again. To be candid, they need more help checking people in as that took too long. But once I started to work with advisor, the experiences turn to world class. They take the time to listen and give you feedback. They did everything they said and I hoped for. It was a good experience. This will be the only place I service my Nissan from now on.

Another Nissan dealership told me that my car needed shocks, fuel injector, transmission service, and a variety of other things. I decided to take my Rogue to VN Nissan for a second opinion and Jose Diaz was my service advisor. I expressed my concerns and Mr. Diaz assured me that he would have my vehicle thoroughly inspected and my concerns addressed. Came in here to replace our brakes for our Sentra. Scheduled he appointment they helped us out quick and had the car ready by the end of the afternoon. Jose is our man to go but they're all good and friendly.
I have been coming here for service for about 8 years and the service has always been good. For the last year or so Gabriel Gonzalez has been my new Service Adviser and the service has now been GREAT! He has exceeded my expectations every time on service quality - cost and time. Thank you Gabriel!
I've been coming here for an oil change for about a year now. It's always full, but they do have a van that takes you home or where ever within 10miles radius (that's a long way!) I'm always very happy and satisfy leaving here. They have my vehicle ready at the promise time and are always making sure I leave knowing if something is wrong with my car. This is my first time writing a review, all thanks to Blanca my advisor that was really friendly.
I had a great experience the other day at Nissan of Van Nuys. Gabriel Gonzalez also treats me right. Very friendly, fair and on the ball. I am very appreciative of how I get treated each visit!
