Amazing.. I had a fantastic overall experience buying a car from Nissan of Van Nuys. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Upon entering the lot my boyfriend and I were promptly greeted by Jonathan, who listened to what I was looking for and showed us several options, and answered our questions along the way. If you want a Nissan, you can only buy from Gary and Sia. Forget other dealers and salespeople! If you want to be taken care of, go to these people. My first impression of this dealership was pretty bad, but Sia turned it around and Gary topped off the service. We were upside down on a trade and Gary took care of me where the damage of being upside down didnt feel that bad. He took care of us, earned our business and we will forever be loyal to Sia and Gary of Keyes Nissan.
My experience with this dealership, and our salesperson Alex Choucri, was amazing. I highly recommend using them. The financing they promised over the phone they delivered on and I got a great deal on my Altima.
