The communication of the loan officers was great and I felt that I could always get a hold of them and their response was quick. However I was disappointed with the number of times I had to ask for corrections. We were within 1.5 weeks of closing and had to request new closing disclosure documents 3 times because figures were inaccurate between purchase price, down payment, and amount for escrow. All of which had been previously discussed and forms already uploaded to the PennyMac.
The whole process was quick and easy
Your team was really engaged in the process. We always felt that we were being taken care of and listened to. Issues were clarified quickly when we had questions.
The whole transaction was pleasurable and seamless, they delivered what they promised and closed the loan on time. I appreciate and thank all involved in this transaction.
