I really want to commend Norma Brambila on her excellent service during our loan process. When I wouldn’t get an answer from the original person that started our loan, Norma would help out and get the person to call or email me the answer to our question. That happened more than once. Norma did a Great Job at keeping us informed that everything was going as scheduled. Thank you PennyMac.
A more experienced Loan Specialist would have significantly improved my experience. I have bought three houses with PennyMac and the last one was terrible. The other two were very good experiences. If it wasn't for Dennis Wang, I do not believe my loan would have closed on time or at all. My initial Loan Officer was very good as well.

I was very impressed with both Anthony the loan officer and Norma the processor. All I had to do is ask and she would either sent me an email or call me. It was a very easy process and pleasant. Mortgages/Refi's are usually stressul and somewhat complicated, but not with PennyMac Loan Services. Thank you for making it easy and not stressful I will be mentioning PennyMac to friends.
