Thank you, Rusty and Trey, for another great experience! In the past few years, my family and I have purchased a number of vehicles from the North Park dealerships, most through Toyota. You guys work so hard to make our purchases fast, easy and really listen to what we are looking for and do your best to find it for us. Awesome dealership with great amenities, especially the food! Wonderful staff and service department who are all helpful. Purchased three vehicles from North Park and cannot say anything negative. I did visit other Toyota dealerships (price comparison shopping) and rushed back to North Park. Javier has always given me the best (easily-understood) deals without the haggle or hidden prices. He is never pushy or rude and very helpful throughout the car-buying process.

I went to North Park to get my oil changed on my O9 Tacoma. While I was waiting, I went out and found a 2012 Tacoma that I really liked. I asked Joel Gonzales if he could give me a trade in price on my 09 and what kind of price I could get for the 2012. I had no intention of buying a new truck. When he gave me the bottom line price, I was blown away. I was able to finance the new one for 60 months and my payment went down. This is a first-class dealership from start to finish. No games, no false, inflated promises that suddenly disappear when you get to the dealership, no cars in the ads that are sold long before you get there. Just very straight, honest employees like Blaine Waddell. This is my second car deal with them, and this is definitely the best! I just wanted to look at the new Toyota Camry, I'm from Ohio, and didn't plan to buy a car in Texas. But we felt so comfortable with our salesman, Ed Pourasef, that when he offered to write up a proposal we agreed. He came back with a fair price for the trade and the new purchase. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Blaine Waddell made it absolutely pain-free. I am in the military in SoCal, so I purchased using their Internet sales department. Blaine not only made sure everything was taken care prior to my arrival; he even picked me and my wife up at the airport. OMG!! My husband and I walked into this dealership with our guard up, as both of us have had bad car buying experiences from other dealerships. Christian greeted us and listened to every detail when we told him what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful, not pushy, very honest and best of all he was looking out for us to get a great quality vehicle at OUR price. THIS IS THE NICEST AUTO DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE, ALL THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I COULD SEE IS THERE WAS NO BUTTON TO OPEN THE DOORS FOR PEOPLE IN WHEEL CHAIRS, OR POWER CHAIRS. OTHER THEN THAT THE PLLACE IS WONDERFUL.

The salesman was very professional and responsive to our needs. The dealership was clean and comfortable and the customer service was fantastic. We would recommend North Park Toyota to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience. An unexpected bonus was an additional year of maintenance from the dealer and a year of free car washes.
