They suck don’t go there they don’t care about customer service. They take your deposit when rent a car order the wrong parts at least twice.

Have been waiting on a part to complete a recall service on 2023 Tundra since Feb 2024. I get a text from service tech yesterday that part is in and could I schedule for service. I schedule for today and go in. Sit for 3 hours only to be told part was not available. From one day to the next it was not available. According to service tech the parts dept is supposed to tag part with customer name and secure it so no one else will use it. I guess that didn’t happen. I was way over charged for what was done to my car. 321.00 6 hrs wait!

Worst service ever I bought a vehicle it broke the same night had it towed then it broke 4 more times I am absolutely done with them I just want my money back, and yet they supposedly fixed again and want me back in that lemon of a vehicle I have ran out of patience I will seek legal action next. Dishonest no integrity or respect for their customers … straight out rats! News cast will be paying them a visit!

When I contacted the dealer online, they said the price was $2000 more than what was indicated on cars.com. I had to go in to hold them to the price published online. The in-store experience was great. They were professional and easy to work with.

Took my car in to just get a flat fixed, and it took three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man got up and walked to another desk and found my paperwork among other paper work marked “WAITER” he said the man that was helping me left for the day, I’m like” and nobody bothered to even look at his paperwork”. If I hadn’t asked for my car, I would still be there. Worst service ever!!! Will never go back.

terrible customer service. dealt with Jeremy Rico sales rep trying to purchase a 2014 toyota camry se on7/26/2023. i was very interested in the car which had just come into their lot that day hadn't had the internal inpection yet. I told Jeremy I would be there today 7/27 with my mechanic and buy it if all checks out. he said ok it hadn't even gone through their inspection yet and wasn't on the lot. They had a car listed at MSRP that they didnt have in stock... Told me to put a deposit down for which I filled out the form for. Called me later to ask about my trade in and then told me that the car I was interested in they were marking up 10k... 25% over msrp they also told me they would have 2500+$ in dealer addons Tint/nitrogen filled tires/clear coat... that were not optional even though they werent even applied to the car yet. Jerald salesman chased me down when pulling up on Saturday afternoon never introduced himself nor asked our names looked at a few the car I liked had a nail in tire and was flat (So much for inspection of there cars) instead of saying he could fix it ,tried selling me others I didn't want so couldn't test drive so we decided to Leave and salesman yells at us for wasting his time.
