Blaine made the whole experience very easy. He explained everything very clearly. I felt very comfortable from the first moment I arrived. I was welcomed with a freindly smile. I spoke with Blaine over the phone about an add I saw on the internet before going the the dealership. The car was ready and most of the paper work was done before I arrived. I test drove the car and made a deal. I left very satisfied.

I bought a new (2009) Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD from Northpark Toyota. Frank Pace was absolutely the best sales rep I have ever experienced. The price was the best in San Antonio by far. That was just the start however. The Service Department there is fantastic. The entire dealership is absolutely superb and rivals any luxury dealership I've ever been to. If you don't go down to Northpark you are making a mistake in my opinion.

Javier was very helpful and was great to work with. We ended up getting the best deal that I had seen anywhere in town looking that I had seen. I had a couple of things missing from the car when I got home, but I went back to the dealership and they worked everything out.
North Park Toyota takes the long view of a customer relationship. They are savvy enough to realize that by going the extra step today, they will make you a customer for life. Others fall into the short-sighted trap of getting everything they can out of you today and forego the value of future business. When I was ready to buy another car, I went back to Javier Vasquez. Overall I received a good deal on my new 2010 Toyota Tacoma. When the employees saw that I wasn't satisfied with the leveling kit that was put on the truck, the dealership absorbed the cost of a full lift on the truck. I am completely satisfied with the product the dealership put out. Family and friends are also impressed with the product.
