Most positive buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Vazquez and Mr. Gonzalez were professional, courteous, helpful and took great care of us. I will send all of my friends to North Park, in fact have already sent one, and will do all of my service with them. I have been a Toyota owner for 25 years, have worked with other dealerships, but was most impressed with North Park and its employees. Highly recommend this dealership.

this was absolutely the best car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone I know. They are fair, honest and work hard to make the transactions effeciently so you don't spend hours in the dealership just to make a purchase. I made up my mind two years ago that my next vehicle was going to be a Toyota Highlander and I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the transaction with the dealership.

Disappointed is an understatement, filed a complaint about a dealership (North Park Toyota 10703 SouthWest Loop 410, San Antonio Texas, 78211), regarding not filing the proper paperwork to IRS for a Clean Vehicle Tax Credit Report for 2024. This resulted in my missing out on receiving a $4000 Tax return during the 2025 IRS Tax filing. I corresponded with the Office Manager (Lolita Lewis) of North Park Toyota, starting 2/26/2025. ⭐ 1 Star – Dishonest, Rude, and Refused to Honor Warranty I recently purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 from North Park Toyota along with a Bronze MPP warranty. Within a week of purchase, I discovered a serious issue with the exhaust manifold. On May 21st, I visited North Park Toyota to purchase a 2025 GMC 2500 after speaking with Manny Galván over several days to negotiate the purchase terms. Once we agreed on a price, I informed Manny around 7:30 PM that I was heading to the dealership. I removed my belongings from my trade-in vehicle and arrived at the store around 8:20 PM. Do Not Purchase Your Next Vehicle from North Park Most customers are excited to post their photo of their new vehicle, but here I am less than 21 days off their lot with our 2022 4Runner being towed and my 7 month pregnant wife stranded on the road. We purchased on 5/3/25; brought back for service 5/10/25; overheated 5/21/25. North Park Toyota does not stand behind their vehicles before placing them for sale on their lot. I called to confirm the truck I wanted was available before making a two-hour drive. They said it was. When I got there, they claimed it had been sold just two hours earlier — suspicious timing. The salesman, Elija, said they’d make it right with a “crazy, dumb deal.” After nearly three hours at the dealership, their so-called deal was $700 off. Total waste of time. Feels like classic bait-and-switch. I highly doubt the truck was ever even there. Dishonest, shady operation. Stay far away.

Lied to the from the salesman and Blaine from the first problem I had on my 3 week old vehicle. Go somewhere else is what I recommend. Blaine wouldn’t let me talk to his supervisor or anyone in administration. Worst experience ever

Was told my service would take a couple hours, only to take around 4 hours. Never updated me throughout the process, was hard to get ahold of my service provider and he never got back to me. He left to lunch while leaving me waiting. Wouldn’t use again or recommend. Poor customer service.
