I have had a long history as a customer at NPT. I have purchased numerous vehicles from them and sold a few to them as well. This review is dealing with my most recent dealing with them in that I sold them a 2016 Lexus NX that I had originally purchased from them a few years ago. The problems arose out of the fact that they would simply not honor any of their statements to me. Worst service. Choose another dealership.waited 4 hours for tire replacement and oil change. There’s no communication and I had to track down several people just to ask for an ETA. Management attempts to justify their issues, never offered an apology. Then says he’ll wash my car- when I specifically asked for this after an oil change and it wasn’t done. Don’t waste your time, they need better training.

Arrived early for an 8 am appointment. No car in the bay but my car. I’m there to replace a battery under warranty. 2 1/2 hrs later, I’m out $136 and have to find my car in the parking lot! No courtesy of setting the clock on my car, no air in my tire with the tire gauge light on. However, I was asked to spend extra on replacing my battery cables! Absolutely inexcusable!! Bought my truck from North Park Toyota. Told to bring it in every six months for Zaktek paint protection. Scheduled my appointment for this and oil change about a month prior. Was told it had to be clean for the protectant to work. Ask if they had a simple car wash. Was informed that is is not working right. May scratch your car and the service manager didn't want to fix it because it was a hassle. So, since they couldn't clean it, it wasn't done. WORST experience with Jesse. We live 2 hours away and saw a truck on their used car website that we wanted to buy. Jesse assured us that it was still available and we emphasized that we wanted to purchase it (CASH SALE). We immediately drove all the way down and was called just THREE minutes before we got there that it had been sold by another salesman! Then to further insult us, he thought he could sell us a NEW truck. Would NOT recommend.

I had a scheduled appt at 9 am for routine maintenance. Took 5 hours to get my car back. Not sure what the problem was as many people were complaining about the wait. Left at 2pm.
Took my truck in for oil change, tire rotation, throttle body device and brake fluid exchange for my appointment at 9:30 am. It is 4:45pm and my vehicle’s services have yet to be completed. I was told it would be 4 hours. I gave North Park a chance due to being close to my house and was highly disappointed. I will drive the extra few miles to Cavendar Toyota where they are prompt with their services and keep their scheduled appointment times.
