Overall I received a good deal on my new 2010 Toyota Tacoma. When the employees saw that I wasn't satisfied with the leveling kit that was put on the truck, the dealership absorbed the cost of a full lift on the truck. I am completely satisfied with the product the dealership put out. Family and friends are also impressed with the product. Most positive buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Vazquez and Mr. Gonzalez were professional, courteous, helpful and took great care of us. I will send all of my friends to North Park, in fact have already sent one, and will do all of my service with them. I have been a Toyota owner for 25 years, have worked with other dealerships, but was most impressed with North Park and its employees. Highly recommend this dealership.
this was absolutely the best car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone I know. They are fair, honest and work hard to make the transactions effeciently so you don't spend hours in the dealership just to make a purchase. I made up my mind two years ago that my next vehicle was going to be a Toyota Highlander and I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the transaction with the dealership.
I was being lied about the warranty and pricing of tire change. Double checked with the service advisor regarding the coverage of tire change, but told otherwise by the different service advisor and manager.
First of all, while waiting in the service bay, a salesman came out trying to “buy” my 5 month old truck. If I were shopping, I would be on the lot, not in the service bay. Then the service advisor I had was more interested in his own agendas than actually taking care of me. He asked me if I was waiting inside and I told him yes. My appointment was for 930, he did not come to me in the bay until almost 10, then I waited for another 2 hours. Went in to get a tire fixed and they didn’t even take my tire off, just added air. They said doing a claim is a lot of work and if my light turns back on just go back. Made time off of work to get it fixed and now I’m told to go back at a later time.
