THIS IS THE NICEST AUTO DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE, ALL THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I COULD SEE IS THERE WAS NO BUTTON TO OPEN THE DOORS FOR PEOPLE IN WHEEL CHAIRS, OR POWER CHAIRS. OTHER THEN THAT THE PLLACE IS WONDERFUL.
The salesman was very professional and responsive to our needs. The dealership was clean and comfortable and the customer service was fantastic. We would recommend North Park Toyota to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience. An unexpected bonus was an additional year of maintenance from the dealer and a year of free car washes. It doesn't get much better than that! Thanks, North Park Toyota!
Blaine made the whole experience very easy. He explained everything very clearly. I felt very comfortable from the first moment I arrived. I was welcomed with a freindly smile. I spoke with Blaine over the phone about an add I saw on the internet before going the the dealership. The car was ready and most of the paper work was done before I arrived. I test drove the car and made a deal. I left very satisfied.

I bought a new (2009) Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD from Northpark Toyota. Frank Pace was absolutely the best sales rep I have ever experienced. The price was the best in San Antonio by far. That was just the start however. The Service Department there is fantastic. The entire dealership is absolutely superb and rivals any luxury dealership I've ever been to. If you don't go down to Northpark you are making a mistake in my opinion.

Javier was very helpful and was great to work with. We ended up getting the best deal that I had seen anywhere in town looking that I had seen. I had a couple of things missing from the car when I got home, but I went back to the dealership and they worked everything out.
