My vehicle was parked in the back lot and had to go looking for it after service. Unacceptable customer service.
It took way too long all day even when I was told it would only be another hour it took 3 more hours
Sucks trying to sucker you into more money with add-ons and nonsense Lies and mistrust
Had an appointment for an oil change at 330. Didn't get in until almost 4. Didn't get out until 515. Not good
They left my car all dirty! The passenger side had oil smudges Car was dirty with oil smudges on dashboard and side of door
Bad. Rushed. Didn't provide me with the proper paper work in a timely manner. The Carfax was taken from me before I was done looking through it and I never received my copies of the Carfax. I was told it would be mailed to me. Several days later he said I have to go back to the dealership to pick it up in person. That's a serious inconvenience, and very un profesional.
Very unprofessional no communication with customer vehicle was ready I had to asked for my vehicle
Could hear him talking negatively about me and he was very upset after negotiating didn't go his way.
Took 5 hours (9:20am to 1:20pm) to get the oil changed and do a recall on an electric wire. Then it was almost $200 for the oil due to service charges and a 3% credit card fee added which no other business does.
