I thought I had maintenance plan till 100,000 didn’t think I was going have to pay 160 bucks for oil change
This is by FAR the WORST dealership EVER ! !!! i PLAN TO NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
While at the dealership the service advisor mentioned my reason for a visit that I was not there for despite this information should all be in the computer. I advised the service advisor at the time of check in that I was at the dealership for zaktek not my first service check which was done a week prior on 3/7 and despite advising what I was at the dealership for the inspection was still done and was not discussed with me. Just went in for an oil and filter change and waited over 2 hours. Service man Jorge was polite and helpful. But service was just to long for my liking
I had a scheduled service for a tire rotation. Despite arriving 15min early I waited 3 hours for the tire rotation.
My service was not done correctly. My multi inspection and fluids were not completed now I wonder if the even did the services I paid. I also paid for wheel alignment and now have other issues
The salesman told my girlfriend that I was 'impatient' and 'mean'. This is very unprofessional behavior. I was also told that I couldn't get a loaner even after I traded in my car. I'm pretty sure Mr. Clarence would not tolerate this behavior.
Went in for basic oil change (had appointment) took 3. 5 hours , wasn’t notified of status , looked for service advisor nowhere to be found , 2 customer service reps called no answer , one even went looking for him , was told he was in a staff meeting which would last 10 min, ended up going over 35 min in the staff meeting, when I asked to speak to him a service rep brought out my keys not the advisor , followed by another rep bringing my vehicle up to me . 2.5 hours waiting for 25k service visit. At check in I added a few more services which I ended up canceling due to the amount of time it was taking.
