Amazing Experience Super patient and extremely nice service. Made me feel like a princess. They let me drive 5 cars before making my final decision and made me feel super confident in my choice. Great Experience I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 to possibly purchase within the next few months. I found that North Park Toyota had several in their inventory especially the color I wanted. I setup an appointment to test drive and fell in love with my now new 2019 Toyota RAV4. As far as the the experience everyone was nice and made the experience easygoing throughout the process.
Excellent Service My service advisor George Kosmidies did an excellent job helping me understand how the the repair process works. He's very knowledgeable about our vehicle and he explained the importance of following regular scheduled maintenance. He was very gracious, polite and sympathetic to our needs. Oil Change The service advisor was precise and knowledgeable. The technicians did a good job on the oil change. The service advisor let me know of some other problems that might need attention later to the truck.
