Jorge was very nice and kept me updated. The actual people servicing my car took a little over 4 hours just for my oil change. Aside from that I love coming to North Park

Jose was my first point of contact when arriving. I came in without an appointment because when I was in line to pick up my daughter from school the 'Engine Maintenance Required' message popped up (which has never happened before) and it freaked me out because it was something with the engine and that's never a good sign. So Jose went over everything with me regarding the Toyota Coverage and the parts and labor cost and everything.
