Service Rep Martin Flores went over and beyond. My husband called Martin to say I was going to take my car for the 40,000 mile oil change and other recommended services. Martin said that would be fine but he was scheduled to leave at 5. Needless to say. I was running late. I arrived at 4:20. Martin came out to greet me smiling. I went to the waiting room. Great service as always! Martin Flores was excellent as always! I went in to get my airbag replaced and he got it done quickly, communicated the whole time and got me out quick enough that I didn’t need to mess with a shuttle or rental. I appreciate it. Everyone there is always great.
