Great service Very prompt service. Loved the coffee and cookie. A very comfortable environment. Paco was great to work with. I have a dealership only 8 miles from my house. But I choose to make the 40 mile drive for the great service.

Happy with my new toyota I had been car shopping for about two months when I finally settled on a Toyota CAMRY XSE. I went to North Park because, after shopping around, I saw I’d get the best deal there. Little did I know, it’d actually be better than what I thought. Very happy with the service I received and extremely happy with my purchase. 10/10 would shop again.
Tire Change I love the way the young lady help she was really good in telling me what was wrong with my tire and how my insurance will cover it . Also I would love to tell you that I appreciate the Tech who work on my car he didn't scratch my rim everything was excellent . Koods to the young and the tech. Always a good experience I've been in for service several times. Each time is totally satisfactory. Always courteous, and always professional. Hoping to do some more business with NorthPark as soon as I receive a reply from Mr. Flores to an email I sent regarding new tires.
New vehicle purchase Overall experience was great. This was my third vehicle I've purchase from North Park Toyota. From the time I drove on the lot till the time I left was a total of 3 hours. To me that was quick. My usual salesman Richard Ramirez was out so he recommended David Garza. Mr. Garza was excellent. He didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to do. We agreed to a price and then I went to Finance to sign and finish the paperwork.
Pre Owned Was called by sales manager after online inquiry. Told him exactly what I wanted and we came to a reasonable price. He informed me he'd have the car prepped and detailed and to come by to pick the vehicle up. My overall time at the dealer was less than 1 1/2 hours... You all ROCK!
Routine Maintenance Took in a vehicle for routine maintenance. Michael Godina and the staff at North Park Toyota did an exceptional job of taking care of my vehicle.
