Jorge from North Park Toyota did an excellent job and made sure I was well taken care of. He clearly explained the services being performed, broke down the issues I was experiencing, and helped me understand how they may have occurred. His customer service stood out—especially after I came in having a rough week. He managed to turn my day around and even had me smiling and laughing by the end of my visit.

I always seem to get added charges on service. I'm given a price and then I pay $17.01 shop charge. Why didn't they just include the sneaky money in the darn price of the service to help me make a more informed decision? I also wish my service advisor would explain that fee at the beginning. I added additional work just to give them business that I really didn't need because I love the dealership. But what can I say, even Honda dealership added the fee to my other car on the day before I had this work done.
