Great service. Went in looking for a vehicle that would last and will also be durable and can do what I need it to do in terms of our constant Home Depot hauls or camping trips. Sales rep offered great advice financially and I was able to walk out with the truck of our dreams.

Great Experience I Can Count On I went in due to the air and heater not working on my Camry. I was greeted promptly and was able to explain my issue. I have a warranty, but he still took the time to explain the process of invoking the warranty. Within the hour, Michael provided an update and a resolution that was covered by the warranty. Pleasant experience without pressure I have returned to this dealership to purchase a vehicle 4 times of those 4 I have called Ozzie 3 times . He is very patient with all my questions and I don't feel pressured. Very cordial and polite. The finance person Robert is also very personable and very knowledgeable in his area. Also makes the financial part of this transaction rapid but clear and to the point. Explains clearly the process.

Best car buying experience in 20 years This is my fourth Sequoia. I’ve dealt with several Toyota dealerships. This was the most professional, least stressful car buying experience. This is the first dealership in 20 years of buying Toyota’s I can give a five star rating to. Justin , Koda , and Patrick could not have made it any more pleasant.
