Got my early New Year's gift in time! Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me and we stayed there almost all day! I was a bit disappointed and so I looked for another dealership online and chose Toyota North Park in SW loop 410. Awesome I had pneumonia and Adrian Velaquez did as much paperwork over the phone for me as he could. He let me know as soon as the dealership got a 2019 rav in. I bought the vehicle in less than 12 hours from it hitting the showroom floor. Excellent customer service on Adrian's part. I have referred 4 people to go see him.
