The buying process was very straightforward. No wasted time and no bait and switch or sleight of hand tactics. The sales person was very responsive and helpful, even being patient with me as I tried to arrange transport of the purchased vehicle. Altogether a positive experience. It was fine. But I was a little thrown off at the high expenses for fuel, additive and oil additive on my service and recommendation.
