Will say anything to get a sale and then ignore your calls once they’ve received payment. Worst mistake of my life buying from here.
Overpromising cash back amount and then not responding once the car is payed for. Writing false information on contracts to get you approved and then ignoring calls once you ask them to change it to the correct information.
Hi there, I am emailing about a horrible experience I have had with the 2022 Outlander and customer service. I am really hoping it can be rectified! On July 17th, 2021 we purchased a brand new 2022 Outlander, paid in full, and were so excited to drive it off the lot. Less than 5 months later, it is already causing us trouble. Still waiting for a call back. They were supposed to detail my car, it came back dirtier then it went in. They messed up the wiring on my car starter. The sales management team is rude and ignorant.
Looked clean they need to put out some handsanitizer for customers some staff need to be more careful with respect to covid .This time wait was not overly long .disappointed car wash left front end full of bug marks

You did great except I was looking forward to the complimentary car wash as just back from a highway trip and found that all the bugs on my grill were still there. Very poor car wash. Not sure I would ever get any of the detailing extras I saw 👀 at the cashier.
Extremely expensive, I was told it would be $39 for my tire change I was charged $99. Don’t understand why I needed my brakes completely taken apart and put back together after 30,000 km. $330 bill after 30K km is significantly too high will never come back to the dealership.
Horrible everything the deal and everything was horrible. Nade me feel like crap rubbed in my face I had crappy credit got news for u I paid it off in full the salesman was a complete scammer and a liar The whole deal was a lie

The engine check light came on in December. The vehicle was running correctly. Service was insistent that they had to hook up to diagnostic machine for $86 even though we figured it was a set odometer light. It was, but Service said the gas cap was loose. It was a waste of $$, just as we expected.
