The engine check light came on in December. The vehicle was running correctly. Service was insistent that they had to hook up to diagnostic machine for $86 even though we figured it was a set odometer light. It was, but Service said the gas cap was loose. It was a waste of $$, just as we expected.
I had concern about the parking break as the car rolls back when I engage it .They told me that they fixed it and charged me $40 but the problem is still persisting

Everything was going great, Until Having the truck for a week. realized a couple things wrong with the truck I bought. I tried contacting the dealership and got ignored for 4 days by email. After I went in to discuss the matter, they refused to help me saying the deal was already done, then highly insaulted me by accusing me of committing insurance fraud to get the new truck. By far the most disrespectful place after spending over $80,000 in 8 months. Once they have the paper signed don’t expect any sort of service.
The price came in below the quote...that did not happen at my previous dealer. Also my car was washed

Booked appointment, thermostat problem, Thermostat not closing completely causing long warm up times when cold. Explained issue to service advisor. Returned 2 + hours, they could not find any fault. Needs to be "Cold" ! Leave car overnight not an option. My 39 years as a tech won't buy the benefit of doubt for a $32.00 thermostat. Purchased 2 new vehicles from you in the last 3 years. Won't make that mistake again!

I can understand your position on the matter, however we do have to follow warranty guide lines set out by our manufacturer in regards to diagnosis and repair. Not to say that you were incorrect by any means but having your vehicle here for 2 hours while it was at operating temperature does not give us the time to provide a proper diagnosis to Mitsubishi for warranty approval. I'm sorry you feel this way When you bought the Outlander it had 41,000km on it, To be a "NEW VEHICLE" it would have only a few km on it, The only way it would have more is if it was a demo vehicle and in the case it could have up to 10,000km. I went through the dealer to get cruise control installed because I wanted OEM cruise control. Instead. third party cruise control was installed and it only works when my headlights are activated. The buttons feel cheap and had anyone informed me that a third party cruise control would have been installed I would most likely not have gone through with it.
I felt I was valued until the day I signed the deal. The financing part of the purchase was not a pleasant experience. I was not introduced with the process. At the end of the deal, I felt like I signed an overpriced deal and that I paid too much for the vehicle.
