Car was still outside waiting to be brought in after 40 min of arrival. If I didn’t remind them, I would have slept there over night. Also didn’t clean their dirty hand marks after installing sunroof.

I think that this dealership and maybe others as well need to be more honest with used vehicle buyers. I was expecting 2 key/fobs with a 2017 Nissan and received only one. The dealer needs to supply both or at least disclose to the buyer what is not included before a deal is made.

Landon the seller guy, gaveme a lot of issues with my brand new car, he doesn’t know anything about what he’s doing, he was rude to me on the phone & he had really bad attitude the day when i bought my car i hope you get better people to sell cars!!

I had an appointment August 1st ať 9 am. When i arrived and tell receptionist my name, she look on the computer and said that I do not have any appointment. Then she said she can fit me in and my response was that I need my car by noon and that was a reason I made an appointment at 9 am. She said that she will do her best. My car was done before noon so everything was good. I only don’t understand why my name was not in the computer for my appointment.

I had an appointment for a tire change for saturday 28, July, I attended it but did not get my tire, the service lady told me that Dan, the parts manager, ordered the wrong tire for my car (he took himself all the information for the tire, from my car), so she said sorry and told me they will contact me when the right tire was ready, they did phoned me and on Tuestay, July 31, i showed up for the tire change. Was made to pay for a service I didn’t receive. Came in for an oil change and my a/c re pressurized. There was a crack in my a/c line. $130 but was told I didn’t have to pay for them checking the line. I should have only paid for them checking the line not the whole service I did not receive. Now I’ll have to pay again once the line is fixed.... unhappy leaving.

I sent my Mitsubishi Outlander for a service and a few recalls on July 03, 2018 at around 8.00am. This is my first time to this location. After getting my information and was told the service will be done by the same day in the afternoon and will call me when it is ready. Late in the afternoon around 5 pm, never received a phone call, so I decided to call and discovered the car was ready and need to come in to make the payment by 6.00 pm as they are closing or otherwise can only have the car back on the next day. I lost my car keys and had to get a spare key reprogrammed. The charge was $50.00 which was fine, but when I asked if I find my other key could they reprogram they said for another $50. Unless I found it the same day. Well two days later my keys showed up and I don’t think $50 is fair. I have all my servicing done at your dealership, and purchased my vehicle there as well.

Northside Mitsubishi performed work before discussing with me. The service advisor was asked at time of vehicle drop off to call me to discuss diagnosis of a warning light before proceeding with any work. They did not.
