After Sales service from this dealership is pathetic. Their Sales Manager & GM EGO is way higher than anything. We are living in a democratic country where we have all rights if we don't like anything we can say but if you say or write a review you will not get any services from this dealership. Usually fast service but this time I was waiting six hrs to get winter tires installed. I think there could be better time management in the service area. People were pleasant and good to deal with but not really prepared
Service advisor Estelle rocks. We’ve been coming with 2 outlanders fir 13,years and both Christy and Estelle are super But this sat was long weekend and service dept was clearly not in the zone Put on snow tires and rims with wrong lugs And in backwards rotation And lugs on other car missing. So not sure how We will give another try but confidence a bit shaken

My engine light is still on. Gas is still burning. The service girl Kristy was super! Explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable.
Attempted to violate Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council laws
Not satisfied how company handles loyal customer.
The costumer service is great the problem is that when you have full warranty on a vehicle and there is a problem i should not have to pay out of pocket, period.
