There was a tiny mixup with my tires being thrown into my vehicle versus stored. It was entered wrong on work order, and not reflected in the price. Tire storage prices are extremely reasonable already, but it was a quick fix and they made it up to me which I didn't expect at all :-)

Zach was very attentive as k contacted him about the car I wanted. As I live over 400 km from the dealership, emails were sent, then phone calls exchanged. The drive to Edmonton was put on hold for weather reasons but the car was ready for me when I arrived. Friendly and thorough service.

I bought a base model lancer from this dealership last nov. What a mistake. I work at a dealership now, and because of that I now know how many crooked things these people did. For starters, they drop shipped the warranty, told me the only way the bank would approve the loan is with a 4k warranty, so I got it. Funnily enough the vehicle still had drive train warranty so I didn’t even need it. Drop shipping is a very illegal sales tactic btw.
