Great customer service awesome 5 stars
They will charge you ridiculous fees without notifying you and bully you into making the payment so you can retain your belongings. I would not recommend this facility for your rental needs

There is zero way this facility has legit positive reviews. Just know - no matter how long you’ve been renting, expect insane increases in rent with 30 days notice (which is a law and I’m sure the only reason they provide a head’s up). I moved from a larger unlit to a smaller one less than 2 months ago because the rent increase was insane. On the smaller until now - after 2 months - I just got notice my rent is randomly going up 30% to what it would’ve been to rent a larger unit. All you’ll hear is it’s “corporate policy”. So the storage facility did not ask to add insurance to my account. Since I had third party insurance, that was purchased with my auto insurance and renter's. Terrible, low down dirty. This place would rather rip me off for my unit then accept my money to bring the balance current. Rightspace saw to it that I was the only person who could not have MY stuff. Instead they gave it to some ***** of **** who never should have had their greedy grubby hands on my Grandmother Margarete Shepherd's person property. Rightspece Storage on Esplanade operates like a bunch of pirates who don't give a **** It's a muteny. Be very ware. They always find a way to out-do them selves.

I really wish I could give us zero star but since I can't, I'll inform you of what happened. So I rented from the Midwest City Location on air depot, boulevard and Reno I gave them permission. To be able to auto withdrawal monthly payment for rent. I had 30 party insurance, and they knew I did for sure, because I've turned in. I need to warn everyone about SecureCare Erie because their so-called security is a total joke. I lost over $7,000 worth of personal and business items thanks to their laughable security measures, and I’m not letting that slide without speaking up.
