They raised the rent a bunch over the last two years. Don't believe their 4.9 rating. My guess is that it is bots or paid reviews.

Would give zero stars if I could. My family has been a loyal customer of Securcare for years. After the recession we had a few late payments, but always made up the bill. This company does not care about the security of your items in any way. They can and will loan shark your unit and require that you come up with 5 times the rent in order to avoid an auction of your personal family belongings. This company is disgusting.

Although Office Manager Mario is a valuable human resource, having been very helpful on different occasions, the rent increases were abominable! We were on time tenants for over 2 yrs yet were charged $169 for a 10x20 room that a new customer would get for $137! We left because of their greed!

*PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS FACILITY & COMPANY* Honestly if I could give this company & those who work for them a NEGATIVE STAR review I would.. because they literally don't even deserve the 1 Star you are required to give just to leave a review. 99% of 5 Star reviews are given falsely from a "competition" between locations they were doing for employees in order to boost their rating & push all the negative reviews as far back as they could. I'm writing this review ( never ever have done this before) I liked NW Self Storage, I have been with them for over 10 years...... but this year they raised the rent on my 5x10 unit almost double ... I'm on a fixed budget and can not afford the additional cost.... so after all these years I'm moving out, they tried to help to lower it, but it was not enough so I moved to a brand new facility for 1/2 the cost...just saying....

Went looking for a place to store my camper but didn’t end up having to store but Paul was very informational and went above and beyond to assist me as much as he could but I ended up selling ,so I didn’t need storage after all. But will keep this location in mind for my next storage needs. Thanks !!!

Paul was great when I went to check out your location ,although I wasn’t able to go with your location I would definitely keep it in mind for my next storage needs. Thank you for good customer service,don’t get too much of that these days .
