The policies at Rightspace regarding missed or late payments are predatory. Charging absorbent late fees, lien fees, lock cutting fees, pre lien notice fees further contribute to the hardship a tenant faces. Selling a tenants property should only be used as a last resort. Especially considering a large percentage of auctioned units contain mostly personal items that are of little to no value to anyone other than the tenant. Evonne Poe is the property manager here at this location but if you look her up on OSCN you will see that she is a criminal and that you shouldn't trust your belongings will be safe here. I don't recommend especially when they hire criminals wirh theft on their records.

Why is jacking up the fees so a tenant can't pay to get their property out more important then allowing them to pay and close out their unit. Too auction happy. How exciting. Oh yay Fun fun.

I rarely leave reviews, but after our recent experience with the manager, Rosa, I feel it is necessary to warn other business owners. My husband operates two local companies, and we currently rent over 10 units at this facility. Despite being high-volume tenants, we have been treated with a level of hostility that is frankly unacceptable in a professional environment. ​While my personal experience was a catalyst, it is by no means isolated. Sold my unit even though I had a payment arrangement. Refused to ask the **** who won my unit to leave the clearly marked boxes of pictures. Pictures that ended up scattered all over a field in several cities away. I know this because people had called me and messaged me online complaining about my paperwork blowing around in their yards. No reason for it. Also all between the late fee's, lien fee's and cut lock fee ect they hiked the price up drastically.
