I only have specific times that I can come to Tulsa from Norman. I'm in the middle of a transition and I drove all the way up here from Norman, thinking that I had access 24/7 with the gate code and I don't I'm extremely upset. I just wasted my time and gas on top of making plans to retrieve some things from my unit and being back in Norman, at a specific time, we had planned around it and it literally cause the problem. If I could get a refund, I would get all my stuff out of the storage unit today and get a refund.Ā

I want to first say the istorage on Linden Ave. Is the worst ever. My Auntie had a storage unit there starting back in April 4th when she got the unit. She didn't start using it til May. She has paid her storage every month on time since then. Even went up on the storage starting at $128 then went up to $159. Yes she also had insurance on it to. November 4 she went to go pay and nobody was there, she saw that her storage was broken into.. Nobody called her to tell her anything bout her storage was broken into. My Auntie call...Ā read more

Gate always open, rats, rate increases are different for each unit. Constant increases, office closed a lot of the time. If you have issues no one wants to helpĀ

Every month price hikes- Since new company took over Moove In, my rates increased every month for the last 3 months so I’m now paying $100 more than when they took over. I’ve had storage with Moove In for 3 years- never had price hikes like this before! Ā

Had to pick 5 stars or my review wouldn't show. The negative reviews don't show on this site which is misleading. This facility is terrible. I recommend renting elsewhere. BEWAREĀ

The absolute worst customer service to deal with and the rate increase is highway robbery. I terminated my unit on 8/26. My credit card was charged rent for the months of September and October. I called numerous times with no answer and/or left a number of messages on the machine. When George finally answered the phone he apologized for the mistake and he further mentioned a number of units were due refunds. He also mentioned the refund would take another 7 - 10 days to process, which again is ridiculous. I am owed $45...Ā read more
