ISTORAGE Store # 8068 @ toolgate street- Naples, fl 34114>an abusive new manager started around December 2024 louis666 Little666, a male heavy set and verbally violent with tenants..he let all the rodents multiply by thousands. ISTORAGE=Louis666 was careless employee and he let the Istorage go to gutters. Louis 👎 always was mouth Istorage leadership. Stay away from this location. Fred and Jennie Nelson [ previous managers were excellent]. We recommend Istorage leadership to fire this bad 👎 employee.

This company is taking advantage people. The price has raised four times in the last few months. This is a money hungry corporate company like every other company. The staff is very nice.. but you’ll just receive an email that the price is raising. They don’t call you or anything. What started out as a $99 unit is now almost $200. We were told there would be one increase after the promotion ended. We are closing our unit with them after this month.  It’s not worth it. Countless more affordable units around.

Do not store your stuff here. They will increase your rate immediately. I signed up, moved my stuff in and they increased my rent 30% a month after I moved in. Total scam. I do not recommend you use them.

This is a Google review for the location 2420 S. Meridian Avenue This location is very dirty and I don't recommend due to the uncleanliness of the facility. They have bugs.

Horrible storage! No one in office. Keypad doesn’t work. Can’t get into storage unit. Called and 14 min on hold and then connected to a person who barely speaks English. F minus storage!
