I haven't actually been there yet. I rented a unit online, scratch that. I reserved a unit online and it was the last one of its size 10×20. They called me and said in order to hold my reservations they needed me to make payment. I did this almost 4 days ago now and haven't been there yet because of weather and the fact that I'm still packing and preparing. Also online it said first month is free they told me on the phone that because of availability and size of unit that the first month free doesn't apply to this contract.

Your personnel on site are great this as a company sucks. All you do is raise pricing every chance you get adding 35 dollars to a unit that was 178 and supposed to be climate controlled but has not been in 3 months cause you cant fix shit. All you do is take,take,take. Give back you cheap bastards
I think it is outrageous to raise rates nearly 100% in one year.

The whole reason a picked this place was for the moving truck, which is broken. Also be prepared to go down 3 steps with the dolly because apparently that's a thing there (my storage unit is on the first floor too). Moving sucks to begin with, you made it hella a lot harder on me.. thankss -_-

In such events, we can arrange a truck reservation with one of sister facilities (if their truck is available on the day you need it). This does entail picking the truck up and dropping it back off at that location.
