A new customer and was there to rent me a storage space, I got there 15 minutes before closing time and i guess thats a no no! Should probably place that on line when they show the hours of operation. The attendant was more interested in getting out of the office at closing time than he was getting me served, kept complaining that they didn’t pay overtime and he needed time to finish his paperwork! Hidden fee. Price changing during checkout.
To say that my experience with the rental experience was frustrating and disappointing would be a huge understatement at best. With an imminent need for additional storage, I reserved and paid for a unit by phone on 7/13, this part of the process was very satisfactory. I was to stop by the office on Millard Farmer Blvd, Newnan, GA, on 7/16 to sign the rental agreement. In the interim I received an email with a link to sign the agreement. The personnel at the office is great! The lot to park trailers is deplorable. The pot holes are so bad parts of the lot are impassable, rain water is 6 to8 inches deep. A few loads of gravel would help tremendously. I have rented units at this facility for several years and the condition is only getting worse. The space I was assigned could not even de accessed. I received a call from a representative at the facility saying that I had to come and remove items from the dumpster that I did not place there. I explain to him that everything I put in their dumpster removed as soon as the gentleman that was on site the day I put my things in storage came and told me that I would be charged if I did not remove them. I rented a unit with you guys and the they showed me the unit the light inside wasn’t working. The lady said she left a note to get fixed. I came back 2 days later to put a lock on the door and the light wasn’t working still. Nobody was at the office when I came to lock the unit. I guess I’ll have to bring a new light bulb and change it to see if that’s the issue
First I want to say that the storage facility has gone up in price since IStorage has taken over, but the over all quality of the facility has decreased. There is no one to supervise the facility, there is consistently garbage everywhere, people work on their cars in the drive in area, there are never any carts available and the elevators are always either broke, out of order or stuck on a floor. Horrible my property got stolen and get no help to try to fix the problem so it was so insecure to have my stuff there i lost a 2019 travel trailer there
