I couldn't get anyone to work with me, I was planning on using one of your facilities for a long time. However I now will be finding a different facility and tell all my friends and family to never use you

My unit was filthy and not cleaned when I moved in! Rat feces were everywhere! There were also 2 small glass pipes left in there, which were being used for crack or meth. There was also a used condom. It was disgusting!

Spent 2 hours trying to get the keys to the truck. On the phone three times with U-Haul. Finally gave up and drove to 380

I have never rented a unit in my life I have to move due to a death in the family unbeknown to me the unit next to mine was roach infested I could smell something when I went to the unit I bought air fresheners I just thought maybe somebody had left something behind I didn’t know I showed back up to my unit a few days later it was roach infested I had to move all my things I had to rent a truck to move to a new unit which is not very accessible no one with the staff help me move to the new unit The new unit was dirty I clea... read more

Gate is broken a lot. Rent is raised several times a year. Trash is dumped everywhere with broken cars. People live in units, fire hazards everywhere. Rules only apply to some not all equally. Run away.
