The 2 ladies that helped me in the begining were great but my second trip i had broken a chair so i fixed it while i was storing it so it was good to go when i needed it well i had my storage door cracked because it was super hot and muggy out that day... a lil while i was in the storage and i get this LOUD bang on the door to where i then drop the chair and broke it worse i walk out side and the lady was very short and rude when very close to yelling to me " YOU CANT SHUT YOUR DOOR BECAUSE WE CANT SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING ... read more

I was able to contact the office and set my storage unit up the same day. Duke and Leslie were super friendly and helpful with everything!

The inside of the storage unit was recently swept but there were 3 large piles of mice droppings toward the stairway. Now they call me and tell me I don’t have a lock and I know there I had a lock when I left I n Saturday. Please do not use them. This is shady and unprofessional business.
I rented a unit on Saturday and paid in full. The code they issued us didn’t work. Had to wait and call Colorado to get a working code. Guy who works in Cape Coral location on Chiquita rd is a total moron and very rude. Says he fixed our code but never called us to tell us that, we had to call him. I guess that’s why he works in a self storage company!!! Lol. No people skills. Very poor customer service. I’ll let corporate know as well.
This was nearly a bad experience when the unit I reserved on Wednesday was given to someone else on Friday morning before I got to the office. I had even spoke to an associate on Wednesday to confirm that I would be there before noon on Friday. Thankfully, Debanny took care of me and was able to put me in another unit!
When I moved my stuff into my storage unit it was already the 15th of the month. Thinking that they would give me a full month because I paid for a full month and that is what they told me when I asked. Well, nope! By the 30th I was already receiving text messages about my next month’s bill with them being due. Keep in mind, I spent a ridiculous amount of money just to get my stuff to this in the middle of nowhere location. It was quick easy and convenient. Website is Not clear. It says first month free on select unit. Doesn’t say which ones. Even when you read the fine print. When discussed this with attendant. She said because it was the last unit she couldn’t give us the first months free. We will not be back and soon as we can we will be out. You got our money. That is what you wanted.
