How could a company that rips off the customers have a 4.8 star rating???
While trying to find the size unit I needed, the office manager bent over backwards to help. The unit I wanted was not available so she called other storage facilities in the area on my behalf to see if we could find the right size in the end I chose to go with a bigger size unit and stay at this facility. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
4.8 ya not including all the reviews that get swept under the carpet look out these people are confused as to what service they are supposed to be proving. Its a storage facility people not an auction house

Beware of this place I had a very bad experience with tje location in San Jacinto. High rates, illegally sell units after refusing customers money, refuse to ask the person whom bought/stole my property to at least leave the clearly marked box of ashes so I could get them and had an attitude about the whole thing. Not to mention lost 100's of dollars in the process. If the only thing a company is going to worried about is $$$$ then selling customer's units for cents on the dollar doesn't make sense. Don't fall for the bogus reviews I wouldn't be leaving negative comments for no reason. The staff and management at rightspace storage in san jacinto need to take some time to rethink the manner in which they operate. They refused my money just so they could sell my belongings to some ******* who stole my identity then dumped the rest in a field so my personal documents and pictures of my family could blow all over the neighboring properties lawn and for less than I came in with a week prior which was only one of 3 arranged... read more
I did research on online fees for a storage space on March 28. I picked this storage space b/c they indicated we could handle this arrangement electronically & they had a space storage ready to go. I signed all documents and provided my credit card. I received an email saying “a Mgr would call me to provide me the code to the gate”.....I waited and waited and no calls. I called the office and left 2 messages. In the meantime - I had 2 trucks full of furniture... I was frustrated and upset over this lack of communication ... read more
