False advertising, was told no truck can be rented out due to covid, yet when i was on the website, it was displayed in big bold letters "FREE TRUCK". Then i was given the wrong unit. They lady was rude and the over all experience was horrible.

Right Space Storage is a clean facility with proper security measurements. However I feel that they’re money hungry and leave some policies in the grey to get as much as they can out of the customer. For one, they raised my rent during the beginning of the pandemic which didn’t sit well with me. Fast forward a year later, I submitted my 10 day required notice, which they then notified me I wouldn’t receive a prorated return for the days I wouldn’t be using the unit and that I could keep it until the end of the paid month. Website states online contact free rental. It really isn't.
I was very satisfied with the service at move it self storage they were very reasonable and Angel that work there was very very nice and helpful I would recommend them
Signed contract and paid in full online. No one was at the office to give me the code or my storage number. I called and got a voice mail several days in a row with no call back. The roads were clear Friday and Saturday so I don’t understand.

Birdeye is a scsm They manipulate reviews and give false star ratings. It's disgusting Please beware of any 5 dtar review by bird rye. This storage company in Ssn Jacinto is corrupted. Do not store your stuff there. It's just not worth it.

Well only thing is when the rental go up When the time comes we get no letter that the rent going be raised up... Otherwise office staff have good manners.

I fell in the parking lot on the ice while the man running the business was on a long lunch & refused to let my husband & I in before he finished eating. I'm still in a great deal of pain & would appreciate a call back so I may go to the hospital or chiropractor ASAP. THANKS
