The call service was terrible. I dialed the number online for the facility I wanted to go to. Instead someone from a call center answered and took 20minutes to set up a unit because he kept setting up the wrong location. I gave him the address and he still messed it up. Thankfully the women at 1705 hurffville Rd in Sewell NJ was very understanding and very helpful. I rented the unit for a specific piece of furniture that was being upholstered and to be delivered on a specific day. I was very clear with the individual who helped me. I signed the documents, set-up the code, etc. He entered it into the system and I inquired about testing it and was told it was already in the computer with no issues. The following day the delivery was made and we couldn't get in. I called the office at a quarter till 6 with no answer. I left messages, no answer so the delivery returned to Ft Worth. In general you’ve done fine except I’ve been being overcharged since the first of the year when the rate drop took place I did not receive for some reason and did not realize it until a few days ago until I talk to the manger going to a bigger unit and it was cheaper than the small one I was paying for so it would be nice to get some credit to cover the difference for that

The ceiling’s tile is falling down above my unit I worry that something with fall out on me. Also there’s nothing to hold the entry door open going in and out with my pails makes it hard if I have to keep setting them down to one the door. I was not told that everything would be done over the phone even after speaking to someone on the phone and receiving a text to confirm. The representative in Mercedes Anna helped us sign up online. Even though the office was closed she guided us to obtaining a badly and urgent need for a storage room. Moving soon.

This is the WORST storage unit to rent from it’s a total rip-off it’s RAT INFESTED put my equipment in the storage and less than a month it’s was a RAT nest an insurance claim was filed since November I have over $2000 in damages and I was told that the insurance company only pays $500 for RAT damages that’s CRAZY my Electronic’s and other stuff was badly damaged it’s now March and I still haven’t received the check for $500 they charge you so much money monthly and it’s like playing a CAT and MOUSE game with them to get you... read more
