All was and is goog, people were very friendly place is clean access is convenient. Thank you
Worst experience. Hidden fees. Had to buy one of their locks and said that nowhere on website. Said nothing about administrative fee. Said nothing about the monthly insurance charge. Then lock did not fit had to move everything again to a new unit. Overall bad experience and paying more than advertised.

If I could give zero stars I would. EVERY time I go in I have to get the code redone to my unit , not to the gate because that works fine, but to my unit . What's the point of having a storage unit that stays open late when u cant even get in? Exactly. Such a shitty storage..
I rented a 5x10 storage unit on 8/12/18. When I went back to the unit on 10/20/18 I discovered green mold all over most of my items. The facility manager directed me to file an insurance claim with their insurer but insurance responded that they do not cover mold/mildew. The local site would not do anything for me - they would not replace my items and would not even reimburse me for my 2+ months' rent. I vacated as soon as possible.
