They continuously auction off their tenants property without attempting to settle the debt by any other means. They go as far as to refuse the tenants money just so they c\n continue with the auction. They sell their tenants personal information to whomever pays the most money without any attempt or effort whatsoever to ensure that the personal document left in the unit do not get dumped in the trash somewhere or in a field in my case so that anyone can come along and find everything they need to destroy someone's credit and... read more

Keep removing my review and keep leaving more for every review that disappears I make sure to leave 2 reviews in place and tell 2 people whom I do or do not know how dirty rightspace did me. So they may have a chance to protect themselves. The only way right space could eve% resolve this issue would be by giving me a public apology and improving how your company and it's employees conduct themselves. The empoyees at Rightspace storages are allowed to act in very unethical ways. I stronly advise avoiding this place.

Hopefully the San Jacinto California location has addressed the problems created by the staff. Otherwise avoid all rightspace locations because if the behavior at the above mentioned location is tolerated then your stuff is not safe. Please read the contract very carefully before signing or seek another company to rent from and avoid the grief.

The one in San Jacinto lives up to the bad reputation it has. Warning to all possible future renters Do not place your belongings here. The staff seem to have themselves confused with auctioneers. The company is in business for selling your stuff not storing it and then th^ rats as the icing on the cake and ill add a cherry on top with the extremely volatile treatment from the employees. Spare yourself the grief and time it takes to move again by not renting here

The process was fairly simple but after fees and taxes it ended up being $80 a month for just a 5x10. You have to access the unit through a hall way instead of being able to drive up to a garage door which is extremely difficult with heavy bulky items. We will probably switch to a uhaul unit or somewhere more reasonable in the very near future.
