Multiple price increases within a year. No need to continue to raise prices on storage units. Prices are too high.

Fine until insurance was added with opt out instead of opt in and then an increase in rent. What started as 130 a couple of years before was then 200. Not worth the cost.
New office people are MUCH BETTER than the ones a year ago when I first rented the unit. My unit was full of sand and dust and it appeared to have had water leak into it. How severe, I don't know. My unit was an end unit and the wall on the end was where the leaking occurred. I reccomend not storing anything you wouldn't want to get damaged.
Storage unit was fine. Customer Service needs work. Manager had a short temper at times. Poor bedside manners.
Wasn’t bad except that you kept on raising the prices! Our charges had doubled in the time we rented from you.
Paid cash for storage unit, but less than an hour later discovered that I didn't need the unit. Went back for a refund. HaHa no refund is available. So I'm out the money.

I was in desperate need of a storage unit called and the manager answered told me she had a office full and asked if she could call me back 10 minutes passed and sure enough she called back and got me into the last available rental
