I haven’t had storage for a while and decided to try this place because it was conveniently in the area I live in. Unfortunately the company had just been changed to Move it storage but the employee did not understand the new system so it took him about an hour just to get me a storage room.

rent it the unit on Feb 3rd and i come 2 days after to find my unit still with your lock on it...not cool now i have to wait here in my truck full of my stuff for 15mins -20mins to see if you all can get a hold of a manager...and im wondering whats going to happen if you all dont get a hold of one!?!?!?!?!?!?
Well, when I enquired over the phone, I was given a cuote so I made an appt but when I was there the guy had no idea of what I was talking about he had to call other places to help him it took over two hours to what could have taken thirty minutes. I don’t know if it was lack of training o the new system or what any way with somebody’s help it was finally done
It took $5000 to get a good review rating I see. I think priding quality service to your tenants would be cheaper and work better.

Please know that company refuses their tenants money then sells their tenants property at auction. This is not something that needs to be allowed to happen. Speak up if you have been the victim of a wrongful lien and sale. There are alternatives to auctioning off a defaulted tenants life. Multiple options that result in more profit than the lien and sale returns. This place is dirty. Please help stop this disgusting storage war trend by refusing to rent from storage rental providers that practice in hasty auctions. Auctions ... read more
