Nice facility but they continue to raise their prices. Two price increases in one year. Pricing me out of what is affordable anymore. Will be finding a new home for our trailer.
When you don't have enough money to pay your bill places will work with you and take payments. Thanks to your establishment I lost ever damn thing I owned. I hope your happy now. We were with you for 5 years and I never thought this would happen to me. But thanks for my photos.

Your company sucks and a total rip off which outrageous price changes & hikes to Canadians who rented faithfully for 5 years BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS IN LAS VEGAS for assumed discounts and or guaranteed prices you get screwed

Our door to our unit never worked right. However the rent went up on a regular basis. I don't know why the rent went up it's not like they offered any better service.Often we would go there and knock on the door to the office and no one would be there even though it was office hours. I could understand if they were doing something better with the place but all they did was paint the door and raise the rent. I couldn't wait to get out of there. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. Bad odors, dirty, bugs, rude office employees, they don't keep the inside units clean and sanitary. All they care about is collecting money every month and not providing good services or responsibility for their actions. Don't go there.

I left my stuff here a year. I was told they check locks daily. I came to take my stuff out. I am missing two TV's, two dj music pa systems over $1000 each system, a brand new $500 comforter set from Macy's, brand new crystal decanters from macys and I'm still discovering stuff missing as I unpack!!! It looks like someone went thru my stuff and went shopping!!!! They didn't know the lock was broken. There's no cameras either. I was told they had cameras when I rented. Went in to claim my reservation and before I was finished with my lease agreement I turned around and walked out.

after getting signed up and shown my storage unit i went and brought back stuff and my code was NOT entered so couldn't get in called the next day and they told me number had not been put in then when i went in next day there was a lock NOT my lock so again i couldn't put stuff in.so again had to call
I quess 3 rate increases in 3 yrs kinda turned me against keeping me of renting any longer
