I recently had a comfortable stay at NU Hotel. Arriving the staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to Barclays Arena, tons of shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets.

Great value, would stay again Awesome location, modern rooms and super friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Despite being on a busy street we had no issue with noise, and the concierge even gave us the option to choose a rear-facing room if we were light sleepers which was very thoughtful. The mattress wasn't the best but pillows were fluffy and for 2 nights, it fit our needs just fine.

On check-in, I was quickly greeted by the friendly, professional Front Desk staff. He selected a quiet room facing the courtyard: 1) as I had to work during my stay & 2) I was in town for a medical procedure. Nu’s great location is near all train lines, shopping and restaurants.

Decent hotel, but the room needs a little work. This hotel is located right off of Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. It is about a 1 mile walk to the Barclays center which is why we were in town. The hotel is fine, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It honestly felt like I was on a futon. The staff was friendly and the location is great, but they need to upgrade their bedding.

Good Hotel, Broken Bed The experience overall was good, but the bed was broken and we didn’t realize until it was time to go to sleep.
