Not only did it take a long time for them to get the paperwork together to get my wheelchair - 8 months, but in the 4 months I have had the wheelchair I have had 2 service calls on it. Each took 2 weeks before it could be scheduled and I had to make do with first dragging foot supports, then no armrests to support my back. I had to call on the day of the appointment only to find that they had scheduled it at a different time than the appointment. If there was a -5 or even 10 stars I would be selecting them instead! I was born without arms and only have one quarter of the leg. I have been wheelchair-bound since the age of four, and I just turned 43 in September. I've been having major issues with my wheelchair since July including front wheelchair caster bracket, solid tires that actually have holes in them, and a left motor that has been popping up error messages and abruptly stopping risking injury if slung from a wheelchair.
