Numotion is sucks! The service is very bad. They filed the claim expense wrong.

My mom's doctor wrote a prescription for an electric wheelchair. Numotion came out and did measurements of her to get the correct size. Then it was a waiting for insurance to get pre approved. Never heard anything from Numotion about being approved or the cost of the chair. The only time Numotion called was to say they were on the way to deliver it. That is when we found out they wanted $48,908.63!! Numotion is trying to say my mom approved the cost because there's signatures on the delivery paperwork but my mom can't sign h... read more

NuMotion is the worst company ever. They dont return calls, they are rude, do shorty work, incomplete repairs, horrible customer service, run from this company. If you have a bad experience with NuMotion complain directly to their CEO at: ****.******** at NuMotion dot con

Horrible experience trying to get a power wheelchair that was safe and comfortable for months ...RECEIVED 3 chairs from them all not good for my large body type and my physical problems and disability ....last one front wheel drive went completely out of control at times in the back wheels .....after nu motion returned the payments to my insurance .....the other 2 companies we tried to get involved at some point in the process contacted nu motion and numotion told them I was the problem ......the other power wheelchair compa... read more

Do not do business with them! Theyre a predatory company that doesnt care about your mobility and independence. So much red tape and unnecessary steps even when you just need repairs. No urgency either m because they dont view us as people. They dont care about our lives. We NEED right to repair laws! Numotion knows we are a captive market and they monopolize it. " Not *********** to use for mobility equipment,as repairs,take months to a year to repair equipment! Honestly giving them 1 start is too much they dont deserve any stars. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND WILL HAVE YOU WAITING MONTHS FOR BASIC REPAIRS. I do not recommend ordering from this company, they will constantly give you the run around for you order, cancel orders without informing you and the supervisor/coordinators lie and say they will call you back and never do. I've used numotion nearly 20 years. I'm the past, they were always reliable, efficient. I recently placed a service order. The man came here, informed me that I didn't need the parts and left. I've since tried to reach out to numotion but to no avail. I'm saddened that such a once reliable company is now not worth calling

I would give this company zero stars if that was an option. Worst customer service experience EVER, which is really saying something. They seemed nice at first. They said they ordered a custom wheelchair for me, and that it would be ready in three months. So I waited. Four months later, I hadn't heard from them. After pestering them repeatedly, they finally told me that my insurance had denied coverage months earlier, so they never ordered it.
