This is the worst company by far . As soon as they have your order you are basically just dropped waiting months on months on equipment. Call to leave message for the person handling your order and just get the voice-mail with no call back. it's been almost 2mths for a neck brace . When you call they give you the run around its insurance not its not because I have the approval letter in hand and it was done over 21 days ago .. when you finally get someone to answer your question they tell you they still have not ordered it. ... read more

Got a new chair from them and the 3rd time out the front wheel snapped off on the part going to the frame. Now I cannot leave the house and its been over a month. :( Numotion has gone to completely getting rid of people doing appointments and going computer. The computer can't tell how urgent an appointment is. I have had to wait over 30 days to even get a tech here. Still waiting. He is going to have to order the part, wait for it to come in, and then come back to fix it. I probably won't have a chair all summer. :( I have ... read more

As far as customer service goes once they get paid you no longer are top on their list, they finally deliver my Pride scooter that had batteries that were lemons ,twice sent service guys with the wrong batteries and took the unit for testing and 2 months later I still am waiting.

After a year of waiting we will not be getting John's standing wheelchair that we have been so excited about for a year now. NUMOTION delivered John's chair without the attendant control and never said a word until we got there for the fitting. How do you mess up that bad? The attendant control is for the caregiver to maneuver the chair when John gets too tired to drive it himself. It breaks my heart. Terrible company. Try to sell you what you don't want!
Horrible Co. Rush sold me a chair That doesn't work for me. Wouldn't let me return it. Now I'm 4k in the hole with a chair I can't use.
Orlando office , people are nice & polite , but that don't get the work done ! They Dont either! Insurance cleared repairs months ago. Last three times techs been here i hear" i have the wrong parts". Im not a tech but even I know the difference between a joystick and batteries! Ur loss my new chair will come from elsewhere!
I wouldn't even give them one star but to leave a review I had to. They have no follow thru. I have never had such bad service anywhere in my life.
They have had my power wheelchair since June 27...they don't plan on repairing it until August 9...worse customer service ever. I suspect my insurance will drop them as a sub contractor and the loaners? They are pieces of useless crap...
