After a year of waiting we will not be getting John's standing wheelchair that we have been so excited about for a year now. NUMOTION delivered John's chair without the attendant control and never said a word until we got there for the fitting. How do you mess up that bad? The attendant control is for the caregiver to maneuver the chair when John gets too tired to drive it himself. It breaks my heart. Terrible company. Try to sell you what you don't want!
Horrible Co. Rush sold me a chair That doesn't work for me. Wouldn't let me return it. Now I'm 4k in the hole with a chair I can't use.
Orlando office , people are nice & polite , but that don't get the work done ! They Dont either! Insurance cleared repairs months ago. Last three times techs been here i hear" i have the wrong parts". Im not a tech but even I know the difference between a joystick and batteries! Ur loss my new chair will come from elsewhere!
I wouldn't even give them one star but to leave a review I had to. They have no follow thru. I have never had such bad service anywhere in my life.
They have had my power wheelchair since June 27...they don't plan on repairing it until August 9...worse customer service ever. I suspect my insurance will drop them as a sub contractor and the loaners? They are pieces of useless crap...
REPREHENSIBLE COMPANYI have been waiting for my Scooter to be repaired for appox. 6 mo. They still have it. But they continue to Bill me and have the audacity to charge Late Fees. They do not answer their phones, emails or return messages, non responsive to correspondence. Their Repair Shop indicated I could just get lost. ÂI have had to file with the BBB, and the State Atty. Gen. ÂNext will be the Small Claims Court. ÂThey take advantage of the Elderly & Disabled. ÂSTAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Worst company in history. Have been waiting 4 months for new wheels for my chair. They have been to my house 3 times and "forgot this", "forgot that" and other excuses. Meanwhile, my chair is dangerous and I can't get help.
I have lost hours and hours trying to straighten out billing and repair issues. After paying half up front and half on delivery, we were told that we'd have to pay monthly rental fees for the power part of the chair! The insurance company is as baffled as we are, and the bills from NuMotion they are getting are all over the map with different billing addresses and codes.
