If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been waiting for a chair since last March. We were told it would take up to 90 days. We are not at 17 months and counting. The chair was originally sent to us 2 months ago but had many many issues. For example, the chair was designed so that we could not lock the chair without getting onto the floor to lock it, the headrest was completely off center, and the pivot was such that it tilted forward when in a neutral position. These people are awful. Trying to get my DANGEROUS wheelchair repaired for 2 months They keep claiming they sent to my doc's office for physicians to fill out paperwork. They never did! My doc office reached out to them yesterday and they STILL have not sent it. They need to go out of business. Horrible company. I intend to let everyone know the issues I've had with them since purchasing this chair 1 year ago.

**** characters isn't enough room to tell you why to steer clear of NuMotion! They'll sell you a new chair, bur after that, forget it!! NO customer services, only excuses why they can't fix your chair, IF you can even get someone to answer your call. Shame on the ******* Center for referring people to NuMotion. Find another wheelchair vendor!!!
I got a power chair from them I only weigh 217 lb they gave me a chair the bottom weight was 300 pounds I kept telling them it was something wrong with the chair because I didn't have enough body weight for 300 lb chair that's the smallest way he goes up to 450 lb either way the chair was not right they're very dishonest, I have a loaner chair it's too small I don't want anything else from New motion they don't care about people they care about profit I have been told so many things from staff I want to tell you one thing so... read more
I found the basic problem to be I am not truly the NuMotion customer my insurance company is therefore getting updates from NuMotion is virtually impossible, call-backs never and when you can reach them I got answers that later proved totally false.

After being sold a TERRIBLE (and dangerously flawed) power wheelchair by Numotion in 2014 I made the mistake of working with them again to replace it. They have awful customer service! They say they will call back or send you information and don't. They also stop selling/ supporting product before a year **** and tell you to figure it out if you need warranty help. (They said it's not their job to figure out the warranty and to try calling other DM companies to see if they will and they won't). Please save you self time a frustration and use another company.
