Relies on the paying customer to push claims through the insurance process. Im constantly calling *************** shield to determine where my claim is currently at. Seems that would fall on the shoulders of Numotion. Im sure that there is a department that governs that responsibility I would not only avoid doing business with Numotion in the future, but I would go out of my way to persuade ANYONE TO NOT DO SO EITHER. P

They need 2b shut down, people in wheelchairs who can't walk, ***** 6months to a year to get their legs, their wheels, their life, basically their everything to get fixed. It's a horrible NOT 2b able to leave your house because of complete incompetence by this company.

When we first got my sons wheelchair things went well. He has now had it for several years. It stopped working in September. It took weeks to get a technician to just come look at it. Then it took months for them to come back and repair it. Then our repair appointment was canceled. Then at the make up repair appointment, the technician could not even fix it as he didn't have the proper tools and the new battery had not even been ordered. Nu-Motion is the WORST COMPANY for families with disabled families. The office people have no idea what customer service is. You get NO CALL BACK ... you wait MONTHS almost a YEAR to get your equipment! Half the time they bring the wrong stuff. I have been waiting since ****** for my daughters bath chair, activity chair and parts to FIX her wheelchair that she shouldn't even be in but I have NO choice. We were mislead by NuMotion and told the device was medically necessary and covered by insurance. We were told numerous times our out of pocket would be $44. Now we are potentially on the hook for $5000! Very discipline business practices.
Horrible customer service I've been waiting now 4 months to get my wheelchair fixed. Every time I call I'm put through to a general number and I'm told someone will call me back within ***** hrs. Of course they never do. This is not ok. Please someone help
All of 2022 went by, my Dr had to write 4 referrals, got 4 prior authorizations, insurance APPROVED a pwr w/c with seat elevator. From Jan -late May, the ********************* and myself were told the following; on order, back ordered or was in. Finally in early June had 1st in home evaluation with tech and virtual physical therapist. At the end of it, was told I would be receiving my new w/c in 14 days. We have had nothing but problems with this company since we had to switch over due to insurance. After the chair was brought out, we got a copay bill for batteries, and another for arm rest adjustments. ... The technician simply had my wife place her arms on the rests, and declared them perfect (no adjustment done or needed) yet billed for. .... This company has the absolute worst customer service it has ever been my misfortune to experience. The Quantum 6 edge 3 chair we got from them broken down and became completely unusable This left my wife unable to perform daily tasks like getting to and from the bathroom, preparing her own meals, performing common hygiene.
