I use to give 4 star but I the only reason I gave 1 is because this man went out his way to get the job done.You send techs out to replace wheels on wheelchair now that the insurance companies are so cheap they want the tech to change out tires manually while you wait..You can not change a wheelchair tire with simple tools your company is making it worse on the tech an the costumer.Supply your techs with the right equipment or you will get many more complaints.This is so sad that he had to go to a bicycle shop to have my tir... read more

Worst company ever!!!! But so good for ******** to show his face for a photo opportunity vs calling back customers that have been waiting months for parts that they were told would be two weeks. No updates from the company. Had to wait 34 minutes on hold when I was told it would be 11. Asked to speak to the *** and miraculously the items were in and they could schedule to come and replace parts. Lies!!!! Sent one piece of many and no way to attach it. I ordered parts on July 8th from NuMotion for my daughter's wheelchair. After waiting 4-5 weeks, the insurance ****** called me to tell me they got Auth from ins. When I asked why they took so long, as I normally get it within 24 hrs due to having our own complex case mgr, she told me that is when she got it & proceeded to end the call. It's been over a year since a custom wheelchair was ordered and paid for by insurance. I call and all they do is blame their suppliers. They said that someone would look into it and get back to me. Never happened. Any reputable business knows that customer service comes first and if one supplier isn't delivering that you get another supplier. That's basic business. Terrible communication skills. I've been trying to get parts ordered through warranty for my chair for over 2 months. I was told that they were waiting for the prior auth from my insurance. I called my insurance to see what was taking so long, and come to find out that my insurance had already approved the order a month before my call. That being said I was basically lied to and people are dropping the ball and not doing their job. This company brings you to a wheelchair clinic with a physical therapist present. Salesman creates the custom parts of the chair without any input from a physiatrist. If they can't resolve a custom chair problem, they drop you as a client. I've been with this company for many years. I assume they can't fix what they have created. Upper management called me and said that I need to go with another wheelchair company because they cannot fix the fabrication conformity of my daughters wheelchair. Horrible company. This is the worst company by far . As soon as they have your order you are basically just dropped waiting months on months on equipment. Call to leave message for the person handling your order and just get the voice-mail with no call back. it's been almost 2mths for a neck brace . When you call they give you the run around its insurance not its not because I have the approval letter in hand and it was done over 21 days ago .. when you finally get someone to answer your question they tell you they still have not ordered it. ... read more

Got a new chair from them and the 3rd time out the front wheel snapped off on the part going to the frame. Now I cannot leave the house and its been over a month. :( Numotion has gone to completely getting rid of people doing appointments and going computer. The computer can't tell how urgent an appointment is. I have had to wait over 30 days to even get a tech here. Still waiting. As far as customer service goes once they get paid you no longer are top on their list, they finally deliver my Pride scooter that had batteries that were lemons ,twice sent service guys with the wrong batteries and took the unit for testing and 2 months later I still am waiting.
