The "car salesman" routine was exhausting. As was the fact that I had to come back multiple times due to paperwork not being done correctly and them making me leave my job to get a paper to them after setting up a time to do it off the clock. Happy I got the car, not happy about the experience.

Had a free oil change and once the guy at the counter realized he couldn't sell me anything the pleasantries stopped. Was supposed to change my windshield wipers and rotate my tires (purchased my tires there) to which none of this was done. I also have an airbag light on and nothing was said about this either. I had been going there a long time and did not take my car anywhere else however due to the service and rushing me out the door I will not be back. I'm also now receiving notifications that my tire rotation is overdue
Worst experience ever will never do business with them again.

This was actually my 3rd purchase from there. The first time was a pretty good experience. The last 2 and especially the last one they were EXTREMELY pushy. I told them when I went in that if I couldnt get exactly what I had or better for the same payment or less that I wasnt interested and not to waste my time or theirs. My payment went up $50 AND I had to come up with $1000 down within 21 days. I continued to say no several times. That wasnt even how the first offers went. Not enough space.
They lied plain and simple. I drove 30 miles for nothing and won't ever repeat that mistake.
The buying and financing was amazing, but their service dept isn't good

I sent my car to be fixed and they did not fix it. I would not recommend anyone to go to Oak Ridge Nissan. They are CROOKS.
I had the oil change completed. I drove the vehicle the next day. The vehicle stopped I checked under the hood and there was no oil in the engine. Called the dealership and was asked if I could have it towed in. I satiate no but you can. The car was towed to dealership, it was determined the oil filter did not seat, or wasnt tightened.
